What Youll Do: Assist team members by answering questions and providing support on customer transactions, including, but not limited to: taking escalated Supervisor calls, evaluating call recordings and QA call review Assist with distribution of reports, mail, and other correspondence to team members Flexible team player in respect to investing additional time in to the team when necessary; including coverage on when required and support in team hours tracking/progression throughout each month Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees Other duties as assigned Education North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required Philippines - Minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required Costa Rica - No Minimum requirement United Kingdom - No Minimum requirement Experience Previous experience in an Agent role Certificates/Licenses Must be able to be licensed with the appropriate collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions, if required What Were Looking For: INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES Identification of non-conforming processes that impact business services and/or information security Any access to data will only be granted to authorized parties based on job responsibilities and employee will disseminate data to others only when authorized by Management. Report access privileges inappropriate to job duties to Management for correction and attend Information Security training on policies/procedures when required to do so. Attest in writing to knowledge of and compliance with Information Security policies and procedures prior to accessing private or restricted data.
