Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies for both campuses.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities.
Implement and monitor child-safety protocols, including CCTV surveillance, visitor management, and restricted zones.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
Provide training and guidance to security personnel to maintain high safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in security management, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work proactively and respond effectively to security incidents.
Ex Defence / Ex Army Personnel with experience of maintaining / managing a disciplined workforce .
Maturity to deal with crisis management , take timely and stern action where necessarry.
Keen eye for detail, ability to move seamlessly across assigned regions to oversee regular security arrangement to ensure safety of all parties concerned.
Keen eye for maintaining documentation.
Bangalore based candidates only as applicants must be conversant in Kannada and ability to interact with local law enforcement etc.
