Sr.Engineer or Dy.Mgr - Kondapuri Factory (Design+ Production) 8+ yrs Education BE Mech Must be from Manufacturing background & should ok to work from Kondhapuri Must have hands on experience in Production and Design - ability to translate the machine designs to actual production of machines in the factory. Roles & Responsibilities (in detail): Support On Time / On Quality release of Design Deliverables Solve issues faced by Manufacturing & Quality teams through Change management for new and existing F Supervisory responsibilities to ensure that manufacturing is done as per the design Take feedback and implement design changes for DFM & DFS ( Manufacturability & serviceability) Explain new designs to Manufacturing & Quality for better planning of work ( IDR) Support prompt closure of Internal FAT and customer FAT points Support Design improvement , development & validation of new components & features in the existing machines Visit Customers & Suppliers to understand & solve problems. Develop knowledge & insights to Interact with design team members to enhance the designs and Act as bridge or mediator between Factory & Design Centre to work Collaboratively for better outcomes .
