Head of Order Engineering

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Order Engineering to lead the design and execution of Pneumatic Actuators, Hydraulic Cylinders, Valves, and Automation Systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and experience managing complex engineering projects in industrial automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Order Engineering activities: drawings, BOMs, manuals, and testing. Manage and mentor engineering staff; drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and QA teams. Resolve shop floor issues quickly; support product customization. Standardize designs per international standards ( ISO, ASME, etc.). Drive design improvements and reverse engineering initiatives. Support Sales with technical guidance and product selection. Requirements: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 15-20 years in pneumatics/hydraulics/automation. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PDM systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical design and fluid mechanics. Leadership and multitasking skills essential.
