As the Single Point of Contact for all Engineering Process improvements at Emerson, you will collaborate with all Engineering functions to identify pain areas, work on process enhancements, and provide support before and after implementation. Your responsibilities will include defining projects in partnership with management, developing detailed work plans using project management tools, coordinating with Product Groups and functions to ensure timely implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), working with manufacturing locations to enhance ECO processes, serving as the main contact for ECO and Oracle Process related support, collaborating with the Windchill Team for Oracle Integration with ARAS, supporting New Product Development (NPD) Projects for smooth Oracle releases during project launches, and aiding in part standardization and complexity reduction projects by working with NPD/ARAS team. We are looking for candidates who exhibit a quick learning ability in facing new situations, adaptability in personal, interpersonal, and leadership behavior, commitment to fulfilling obligations, track record of achieving goals, ability to remain calm and efficient in uncertain situations, vision creation, management convincing skills, and experience in working with all Engineering functions for successful implementations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, experience in Project Management, Order Engineering, or Engineering Change processes, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Additionally, preferred qualifications include prior working experience in Engineering Processes and Oracle ERP. We are seeking a project management professional, preferably with experience in medium voltage systems, who has basic knowledge of IT tools such as Nxtools+, LV Browser, AKD, and M-tool and comprehensive knowledge of business processes from bid to delivery stage. Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitate the technology transfer of digital tools from headquarters in Germany. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for basket of tools. Extensive coordination with Siemens AG. Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with SAP systems. Coordination within respective team for defining MRP parameters, price positioning alignment, delivery lead time definition. Coordination with planning department for prioritizing customer requirements. Imparting trainings of digital tools to stakeholders like execution, acquisition team. Coordination with logistics, SPR , order management/engineering . Creation of databank in browser & regularly maintain it for lifecycle. Catering to customer non-standard requirements consisting of techno-commercial offer for internal customers. Conduct a thorough analysis of customer projects to identify and define the full scope of each project w.r.t scope of manufacturing. Coordinate with acquisition and execution teams for customer orders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of projects that meet defined objectives. Communicate plans and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership and employees. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry. Proficient understanding of medium voltage switchgear. Preferred experience in project management. Familiarity with Nxtools+ is a plus. Knowledge of change management methodologies. Comprehensive understanding of business models, functions, and their inputs/outputs. The position requires mobility, including travel to various company offices. This may involve both domestic and international travel, depending on project needs. Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Order Engineering to lead the design and execution of Pneumatic Actuators, Hydraulic Cylinders, Valves, and Automation Systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and experience managing complex engineering projects in industrial automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Order Engineering activities: drawings, BOMs, manuals, and testing. Manage and mentor engineering staff; drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and QA teams. Resolve shop floor issues quickly; support product customization. Standardize designs per international standards ( ISO, ASME, etc.). Drive design improvements and reverse engineering initiatives. Support Sales with technical guidance and product selection. Requirements: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 15-20 years in pneumatics/hydraulics/automation. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PDM systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical design and fluid mechanics. Leadership and multitasking skills essential.
