The Site Security Lead
is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at a designated client site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. This role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to act as the primary liaison between G4S, client management, and security staff. The Site Security Lead must demonstrate a strategic mindset, leadership presence, and operational excellence
in managing both people and systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Security Operations
- Ensure 24/7 operational readiness of manned guarding, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
- Conduct site patrols, security checks, and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and client-specific protocols.
2. Incident Crisis Management
- Act as the first responder for all incidents at the site (theft, intrusion, emergencies).
- Lead emergency response efforts including evacuation, lockdown, and fire safety drills.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and escalate issues as per protocol.
3. Team Leadership Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the site s security team (supervisors, guards, control room operators).
- Conduct daily briefings, refresher trainings, and grooming checks.
- Maintain discipline, morale, and professional standards among deployed staff.
4. Stakeholder Liaison Client Coordination
- Act as the
single point of contact
for client stakeholders on all site security matters.
- Ensure seamless coordination with facility management, HR, admin, and external agencies.
- Provide daily/weekly MIS, incident updates, and periodic performance reports to the client and G4S.
5. Compliance Administration
- Ensure compliance with PSARA, labor laws, EHS, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain all records including duty rosters, visitor logs, access logs, and training documentation.
- Support vendor audits, compliance checks, and system reviews.
6. Technology Systems Oversight
- Supervise the operation of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and other security systems.
- Ensure daily system health checks and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs.
- Support retrieval of access logs and video footage for investigations.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Diploma in Security Management preferred.
Experience
- 5 8 years of progressive experience in corporate/site security management.
- Prior experience in leading teams at MNCs, industrial plants, or IT parks preferred.
Skills Competencies

Fluent spoken and written English (non-negotiable).

- Hindi desirable but not mandatory.
- Leadership and team management skills (non-negotiable).
- Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High integrity, discipline, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Compensation
- Salary:
Negotiable, starting from 8 12 LPA CTC
depending on experience and interview performance.
