Site Security Lead

Security Strategy

• Provide security guidance and ensure coverage for business operations, personnel, property, and assets.
• Enhance the efficiency and operational capabilities of the site security team.
• Build and maintain a dynamic security team to handle defined tasks effectively.
• Align site-level security operations with global processes and standards.

Security Operations

• Implement global security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and respond promptly to security incidents across India.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Identify and close technical and non-technical security gaps.
• Effectively manage security vendors and service providers.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of security and fraud-related incidents.

Audit and Governance

• Ensure all security policies, procedures, and training programs are implemented and followed.
• Maintain proper documentation and data for conformance and audit requirements.

Stakeholder & People Management

• Communicate clearly and proactively with key stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates on issues based on their criticality.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders for faster response during emergencies.

Liaison and External Coordination

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with law enforcement agencies.
• Engage with industry associations and professional networks for continuous improvement and benchmarking.

Qualifications / Education

• Graduate degree (Bachelors level or higher).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Relevant professional certifications in security management preferred.
• High Standards of Written and oral communication skills

Experience Required

• Experience working in large organizations and interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Security and Investigations Manager, preferably with a law enforcement or defense background.
• Strong understanding of outsourced service environments, vendor management, and industry trends.
