Description
We are looking for experienced Security Access Control Technical Engineer with strong expertise in CCURE 9000, Genetec Security Desk, and Genetec Mission Control at least at a configurator level with certifications. The role involves installation, configuration, migration, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of these security systems to ensure seamless operations and optimisation. A good understanding of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) , including backup strategies, system recovery, Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) , is essential. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and integrating security solutions for access control, video surveillance, and incident management , ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct security audits, improve system resilience, and provide technical support, system optimisation, and stakeholder training to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation: Install, configure, migration planning, support and integrate CCURE 9000 for Access Control, Genetec Security Center- for CCTV and related operations and Genetec- Mission Control for incident response management. Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 level troubleshooting and incident resolution on above tools. Change & Incident Management: Implement and support Genetec Mission Control for security event handling, ensuring alignment with DRP strategies (RPO, RTO, backup & recovery planning). System Integration: Configure and integrate security systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices. Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to physical security standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and DRP protocols. Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and security procedures. Provide training to internal teams. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable security solutions and troubleshoot complex integrations . Experience & Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience working at the same or similar post with at least configurator level hands-on CCURE 9000, Genetec Security Desk and Genetec Mission Control. Experience of the above tools integration with VMS, Biometric, IDS, and together as per the requirements. Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), RPO, RTO, Backup & Recovery Procedures . Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IP cameras, cybersecurity best practices . Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, System Hardening, and Patch Management . Experience working with security industry standards and compliance frameworks. Certifications: CCURE 9000 Access Control System Certifications: Essential- C•CURE 9000 System Installer Certification or C•CURE 9000 L1 . Desirable- C•CURE 9000 Advanced System Manager Certification or C.cure 9000 L2 Genetec Video Surveillance Tool Certifications: Essential- Genetec Security Center Omnicast Technical Certification (SC-OTC-001/ 002) Desirable- Genetec Security Center Enterprise Technical Certification (SC-ETC-001) Genetec Incident Management Tool Certifications: Essential: Genetec Mission Control Admin Certification Training (MC-ACT-001/002)
