Site Security Lead

You will be responsible for handling the overall site security operations and representing Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and supporting all site operations in your shift. - Briefing the Security Personnel, preparing MIS Reports, and resolving any security-related concerns on site. - Supporting all material movement and Facility concerns to ensure seamless operations. - Approving authority for any visitor/vendor requests and making situational decisions while keeping the GSO managers informed. - Attending to all types of Incidents and Investigations. - Supporting all other Security Functions as per the directions of GSO managers. - Performing any other duties as assigned. Qualifications required: - Minimum of 12th Grade pass. - Minimum of 6-7 years of similar experience in a supervisory role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Local Vernacular and English Communication.
