Job Description

Security Supervisor Key Responsibilities: • Supervision & Leadership • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff on all shifts. • Schedule and assign duties to officers, ensuring adequate coverage. • Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel performance. • Security Operations • Monitor hospital premises through patrols, surveillance systems, and incident reports. • Respond to emergency situations including alarms, disturbances, or medical emergencies. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant legal regulations. • Investigate security breaches, incidents, or complaints and report findings. • Administrative Duties • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, shift logs, and staffing records. • Collaborate with hospital departments to support events and special operations requiring security presence. • Assist in developing and updating security protocols and emergency response plans. • Communication & Coordination • Serve as liaison with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies. • Communicate effectively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors regarding security matters. • Participate in hospital safety committees and training sessions.
