Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Taj City Centre, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Train and guide staff on security procedures and emergency response.
Manage incident investigations and reporting to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with emergency response planning and incident management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
