Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, your main role will be to oversee the duty shifts of guards and hotel drivers who report directly to you. Your responsibilities will include providing daily patrolling schedules to guards, collecting and submitting patrolling sheets and daily log books to the Security Officer, and ensuring that incident reports are filled out accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for briefing and debriefing guards, checking grooming and deportment, preparing disciplinary reports if necessary, and organizing the monthly vehicle movement log. You will also be required to liaise with the security agency for staff deployment, duty chart scheduling, and offs. Managing the relieving schedule of deployed guards, arranging breaks, ensuring Security Agency representatives visit the site as per the schedule, and monitoring the Security Agency visit log will also be part of your duties. Inspecting all duty posts hourly, preparing the Security patrolling sheet daily, checking the CCTV regularly, maintaining the CCTV log, and supervising valet operations during busy operations will also be crucial aspects of your role.
