The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing the duty shifts of guards and hotel drivers under his supervision. He will provide daily patrolling schedules to guards, collect patrolling sheets, and submit them to the Security Officer along with the Daily log book and any Incident reports. It is crucial that Incident reports are filled out accurately. Additionally, the Security Supervisor will conduct briefings and debriefings for guards, ensuring proper grooming and deportment. He will also be responsible for preparing disciplinary reports as needed. Furthermore, the Security Supervisor is tasked with maintaining the monthly vehicle movement log and forwarding it to the Security Officer regularly. Interacting with the security agency for staff deployment, duty charts, and offs will also be part of the Security Supervisor's responsibilities. Role - Security Officer Responsibilities To look after all the Security arrangements. Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behaviour. Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel in case of any incident or during events. Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors. Responding to alarms and analysing security footage. Investigating suspicious behaviour, incidents, and security breaches. Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports. Prepare and submit daily/ weekly/ monthly reports. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Good knowledge of SOPs and demonstrated ability to implement Security SOPs thoroughly. Bring out gaps in protocol, if any, based on practical experience. Conduct training of security guards and assess their readiness for duty. Maintain departmental records and files.
