Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist for Tenders, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing plans to support bid submissions and proposals. You will be tasked with researching the market and competitors to ensure our tenders are strong and competitive. Creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items that showcase our services and products for tender submissions will be a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration with design and content teams is essential to ensure all materials are well-designed and customized for each tender opportunity. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing events, conferences, and presentations related to tenders. This includes planning activities like site visits and briefings to engage potential clients and enhance our chances of securing tenders. Working closely with sales, business development, and tender teams is vital to align strategies and ensure readiness for each bid. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is key to delivering marketing materials on time and in line with objectives. You will also be involved in planning and executing offline advertising campaigns, such as print ads, brochures, and direct mail, to support tendering efforts. Managing relationships with vendors for printing and distribution is part of this responsibility. Maintaining brand consistency across all offline marketing materials by adhering to brand guidelines and messaging is crucial. Your attention to detail will ensure that all client-facing materials reflect professionalism and our company values. Monitoring and reporting on the success of offline marketing campaigns for tenders is essential. Providing regular updates on campaign performance and suggesting improvements will be part of your ongoing evaluation process. Managing the marketing budget for offline tender activities is another key aspect of your role. Ensuring cost-effective strategies while delivering value for money and staying within budget parameters will be a critical focus area. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a specific focus on offline marketing campaigns. Experience in working with tenders, proposals, or business development, as well as creating marketing materials and managing events, will be highly beneficial in this role.,
