Urgent Hiring – Operations & Tender Manager
Location: [Vaishali Sector-4, Ghaziabad]
Full-Time | Immediate Joiner
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Operations & Tender Managers with a strong background in government tenders, especially in the exhibition and events industry.
Key Requirements:

✅ In-depth knowledge of Government Tender processes (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.)
✅ Strong experience in Exhibition and Event-related Tenders
✅ Ability to identify, apply, and manage tenders independently
✅ Expertise in document preparation, technical & financial bidding, and compliance
✅ Confident in meeting government officials and handling tender queries
✅ Flexible to travel or attend government body meetings when required
✅ Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
✅ Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
✅ Organized and detail-oriented with a result-driven approach

Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end tender operations – from finding tenders to final submission
Coordinating with internal teams to prepare required documents and BOQs
Preparing technical and financial proposals
Managing timelines, compliance, and follow-ups
Building relationships with government departments and clients
Keeping track of tender updates, renewals, and results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,952.81 - ₹30,000.00 per month
