Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals and tracking results. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling government and private tenders, preparing bid documents, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable tenders/RFPs/RFQs from various online and offline sources.
• Download and analyze tender documents to understand the scope, eligibility, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, technical, etc.) for gathering required documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and compile tender documentation including pre-qualification, technical, and commercial proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders as per deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, updates, and outcomes.
• Track tender results and follow up on awarded contracts or clarification requests.
• Maintain and update a database of vendors, clients, and tendering authorities.
• Assist in post-tender documentation, negotiation, and handover process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-Tendering portals.
• Basic knowledge of legal and commercial terminology.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech. /B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical
• 4-10 years of experience in a similar role (more for senior positions).
• Experience in government or PSU tenders is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
