Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager located in New Delhi. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security operations. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, managing security staff, and ensuring the protection of company assets and information.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Policy:

  • Develop, implement, and communicate security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect clients' assets and personnel.

  • Staff Management:

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise security guards and officers, ensuring they meet standards and understand their duties.

  • Risk Management:

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities to develop and implement preventative strategies.

  • Operations Oversight:

  • Manage and maintain security systems, such as access control and surveillance equipment, to ensure their effective operation.

  • Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the security department's budget, monitoring expenses and controlling costs effectively.

  • Incident Response:

  • Lead the response to alarms and emergencies, investigate security breaches and incidents, and implement corrective actions.

  • Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on security status and incident findings to management and clients.

  • Compliance & Training:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal security laws and regulations. Conduct security awareness and emergency response training for staff and clients.

  • Client & External Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance security capabilities.
