We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Tapadia City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of employees, customers, and visitors.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to develop and implement effective security plans.
Provide training and guidance on security procedures to employees and contractors.
Manage and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, and other security equipment.
Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate action.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
