Security Manager

As a Physical Security Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the organization's physical security program to ensure efficient and safe operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, developing, and managing the physical security program under senior management direction. - Developing and implementing access and perimeter control operational procedures. - Conveying and verifying security requirements. - Managing loss prevention and detection services and enforcing administrative procedures. - Enhancing security inspection procedures to prevent safety hazards. - Identifying and recommending electronic access control equipment to detect unauthorized entry. - Monitoring and directing Emergency Response operational plans and related activities. - Coordinating physical security matters with management, law enforcement, and clients/customers. You will also be responsible for managing the activities and providing leadership direction to the professional, technical, and support staff within the organization unit. This includes selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
