Security Manager

As a Security Manager, your role involves developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures. You will be responsible for controlling budgets for security operations, monitoring expenses, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Your duties will include recruiting, training, and supervising security officers and guards to maintain a high level of security within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs and collaborate on security strategies. - Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events, ensuring the safety and security of all participants. - Coordinate staff responses to emergencies and alarms, ensuring a prompt and effective reaction to any security threats. - Review reports on incidents and breaches, investigate issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. - Create detailed reports for management regarding the current security status and any recommended improvements, such as the implementation of new technology. Qualifications Required: - Experience in security management or a related field is preferred, with a total work experience of at least 1 year. - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively recruit, train, and supervise security personnel. - Analytical skills to analyze data and formulate proposals for security enhancements.
