🎯 *JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES*
As a Telecalling Executive at Awadh Security Services, your primary responsibilities will include:
🔹 Outbound Cold Calling: Initiate professional business calls to prospective clients including factory managers, business heads, CEOs, HR managers, and facility heads across industries
🔹 Service Promotion: Introduce and explain our comprehensive security guard services (armed/unarmed, male/female guards, supervisors) for various establishments like factories, malls, offices, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, and residential complexes
🔹 Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, understand their security manpower requirements, and generate qualified business leads
🔹 Needs Assessment: Listen actively to client needs, ask relevant questions, and recommend appropriate security solutions
🔹 Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule physical site visits and meetings between clients and our Business Development team
🔹 CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in company database/Excel sheets
🔹 Client Relationship Building: Build professional rapport with decision-makers and maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into clients
🔹 Daily Reporting: Submit daily call reports, lead summaries, and performance updates to the reporting manager
🔹 Market Intelligence: Gather information about client requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends

💰 *SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE*
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000
(Negotiable based on experience and interview performance)

A: No. There is absolutely no joining fee, training fee, or any charges at any stage. Beware of any fraudulent demands.
Q2: What will be my target?
A: There are no fixed monthly targets. We focus on quality lead generation and genuine client engagement rather than forced selling.
Q3: Who will I be calling?
A: You will be calling business decision-makers such as factory managers, plant heads, facility managers, HR managers, CEOs, administrative heads, and business owners who require security guard services.
Q4: What product/service am I selling?
A: You will be promoting our Security Guard Services – trained, uniformed, and verified security personnel for deployment at client locations (factories, offices, malls, warehouses, etc.)
Q5: Will I get training?
A: Yes, comprehensive product training, calling scripts, objection handling techniques, and CRM training will be provided during the initial days.
Q6: What are the working hours?
A: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (9 hours including lunch break). Sunday is weekly off.
Q7: Is this work from home or office-based?
A: This is a work from office role at our B.B.D. Bagh office.
Q8: What happens after interview selection?
