We are currently seeking a Security Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

In-depth security apps service delivery knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise.
- Good understanding of IAM applications and tools like Sailpoint.

Understanding of Identity & Access management system

Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery.
- Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.
- Manages projects delivery in matrix delivery environment.
- Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.

Able to Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations.

Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent.
Anticipates operational, program, and implementation issues and develops preventative measures.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Can establish strong working Relationship with Customer by understanding their asks and timely delivery

Proactive in identifying the risks and communicating the same to Management and Business. Should have experience on Risk and Escalation Management

Fast Learner and can quickly adapt to changing Priorities

Managing team and resolving team queries.

Co-ordinate with onshore and offshore team.

Work with Identity & Access management team for day to day business support.

Analyze root causes of production issues and provide corrective actions.

Conduct job trainings and provide assistance to Junior Engineers as needed.

Suggest new tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and tracking activities.

Provide support in project design, development and deployment activities.
