Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Head located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Security Head will be responsible for overseeing security operations, developing and implementing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. Key responsibilities include assessing risks, managing crises, leading security teams, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and organizational policies. The role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to address security challenges and uphold the highest standards of safety and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and security protocol design
• Proven ability to manage security teams and oversee day-to-day security operations
• Familiarity with local regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Technical knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and safety equipment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external security agencies
• Prior experience in a security leadership role, ideally within a large organization
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) are an advantage
• Military or law enforcement background is a plus
