Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Strategy & Governance

Create security policies and SOPs for HO, R&D, and plants
Set up auditing, reporting, and monitoring systems
Ensure strong protection for confidential information and technology

2. Protection of Sensitive & Restricted Areas

Secure R&D labs, process rooms, and formula-sensitive areas
Set up multi-level access control, CCTV, visitor control, documentation control

3. Plant Security & Loss Prevention

Oversee day-to-day security operations at all plants
Implement gate controls, perimeter safety, material movement checks
Run regular loss-prevention and leakage audits

4. Facility, Admin & Emergency Preparedness

Monitor facility and admin activities (visitors, housekeeping, canteen, transport)
Lead fire safety, emergency drills, local police/government coordination

5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

Lead security teams across locations
Train, monitor, and evaluate security staff
Manage security agencies and contractors

Ideal Candidate Profile

10 -15 years in industrial or corporate security
Defence/para-military experience is highly preferred
Experience managing multiple locations
Very high integrity and discipline
Strong alertness and crisis-handling ability

Education

Graduate degree required
Additional security or fire-safety certifications preferred
