About the Role:

Aacess Equipments is looking for an experienced and disciplined Security Head to oversee and manage the security operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong monitoring skills and experience handling security personnel, registers, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all security operations and security staff across the premises.
• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and report any suspicious activities.
• Maintain and verify inward and outward registers for materials, visitors, and employees.
• Ensure all security-related registers, logs, and records are updated and maintained properly.
• Conduct regular security patrols and ensure the safety of the company's assets and personnel.
• Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Ensure availability and responsiveness at all times for any security requirements.
• Coordinate and report security matters to the management regularly.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience as a Security Head / Security Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Must be able to drive both a car and a two-wheeler.
• Strong observation, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and registers.
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year
