Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols for the plant.
Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets.
Manage and lead the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and emergency response teams.
Oversee surveillance systems, access controls, and physical security infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory security requirements.
Monitor and investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Support SAP-based security and asset management processes (if applicable).
Conduct regular drills, safety audits, and awareness programs for employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ex-Army / Ex-Military personnel with a strong track record in security management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial security, preferably in chemical or API manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of SAP for security, asset, or personnel management is a plus.
Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards applicable to chemical manufacturing plants.
Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
