Security Head

As a dedicated and experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, security management, and building maintenance activities for commercial and office properties. Your role will involve ensuring smooth facility functioning, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high standards of upkeep and safety across all sites. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising overall operations of commercial and office buildings. - Managing and coordinating all building maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and housekeeping. - Ensuring security management and surveillance systems are effective and updated. - Overseeing facility staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and operational tasks. - Managing annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and service providers. - Monitoring budgets and controlling costs related to maintenance and operations. - Ensuring compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards. - Coordinating with tenants, internal teams, and external agencies for smooth operations. - Maintaining records, reports, and documentation related to building operations. - Handling emergency situations and ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in operations, facility, or property management in real estate. - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management software. Preferred Skills: - Experience in commercial real estate operations. - Knowledge of security systems and manpower management. - Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
