Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Security & Admin Head to lead all aspects of security, safety, and administrative management across our business entity.

This position is ideal for a senior ex-serviceman preferably from CISF / Defense / Paramilitary background with strong leadership, analytical, and crisis-management skills, capable of protecting high-value assets and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Leadership & Strategy:

• Formulate and implement robust security strategies to safeguard people, property, precious metals, stones, and other high-value assets.
• Lead and supervise internal and outsourced security teams, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance and discipline.
• Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm systems, visitor entry, and material movement controls.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, audits, and emergency-readiness drills across the organization.
• Investigate thefts, breaches, and incidents, maintaining proper documentation and corrective action reports.
• Liaise with police departments, and local authorities to ensure compliance, security clearance, and intelligence coordination.
• Establish disaster-response protocols and coordinate evacuation or emergency plans effectively.

Administration & Facility Management:

• Oversee day-to-day administration facility management, housekeeping, transportation, and vehicle movements.
• Manage vendor contracts, annual maintenance, SLAs, and security-equipment procurement.
• Ensure statutory compliance with safety, fire, and local authoritative.
• Control administrative budgets and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Prepare and present MIS and risk-mitigation reports to senior management.

Leadership & Culture

• Build, train, and lead a disciplined team of security professionals inspired by prominent procedures and standards of integrity and accountability.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for physical security, gate pass management, and access-control systems.
• Create a culture of vigilance, respect, teamwork, and ethical conduct within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

Formal training in Security Management / Industrial Security preferred.
CISF, Defence, or Paramilitary background highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 815 years of experience in industrial or corporate security management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably within jewellery, manufacturing, or other high-value sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in industrial security, risk management, and operational standards.
• Strong command of surveillance technology CCTV, biometric systems, access control, intrusion alarms, and security software.
• Excellent crisis-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Strong vendor-management and negotiation abilities.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical leadership.
• Effective communicator, able to coordinate across departments and external agencies.
• Physically fit, alert, and ready to respond to emergencies.
