Security Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day operations, security management, and building maintenance activities for our commercial and office properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility functioning, vendor coordination, and high standards of upkeep and safety across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall operations of commercial and office buildings.
• Manage and coordinate all building maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and housekeeping.
• Ensure security management and surveillance systems are effective and updated.
• Oversee facility staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and operational tasks.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and service providers.
• Monitor budgets and control costs related to maintenance and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with tenants, internal teams, and external agencies for smooth operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to building operations.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in operations, facility, or property management in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial real estate operations.
• Knowledge of security systems and manpower management.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
