Statutory Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, RBI guidelines applicable to Housing Finance companies, and other statutory requirements. RBI & Housing Finance Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions and NHB guidelines specific to housing finance companies. Handle inspections, correspondence, and reporting requirements related to RBI/NHB. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a financial services/NBFC/housing finance company. Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Company Law , RBI Regulations , SEBI guidelines , and Governance Practices . Excellent communication , drafting , and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to housing finance/NBFC sector is highly preferred. Proficient with MCA21 , compliance tools , and legal documentation software .
