Role & responsibilities Operate DPM, e-DPM, DMS, i-Assist, and CDAS systems for daily transaction processing and BOD/EOD operations Execute dematerialization, rematerialization, and mutual fund redemption transactions with strict adherence to timelines Handle DIS execution, scanning, and uploading to depository systems while ensuring regulatory compliance Process account closures, transmissions, closure-cum-transfers, freeze/unfreeze operations, and pledge management Maintain client master data modifications and handle pay-in/pay-out settlement obligations Prepare daily MIS reports, maintain operational checklists, and resolve client queries within Preferred candidate profile Deep knowledge of depository operations and document processing workflows Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills and client communication abilities
