Location: Mumbai / Noida Experience: 812 Years Industry Preference: Broking / Capital Markets Joining: Early joiners preferred About the Role We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary (CS) with strong expertise in compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks specific to the broking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic initiatives of the organization. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 , SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. Manage board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings including preparation of agenda, notices, minutes, and filings. Handle statutory filings with MCA, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other authorities. Advise management on corporate governance practices and ensure regulatory alignment. Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely renewals of licenses and approvals. Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders. Support the business in broking-specific compliance matters including exchange-related obligations. Provide guidance on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and secretarial due diligence as required. Requirements Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 8–12 years of relevant experience. Strong background in the broking / capital markets / financial services industry is mandatory. In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI guidelines, and stock exchange compliances. Proven track record of managing board-level governance and stakeholder relationships. Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle regulatory inspections. Preferred Early joiners will be given preference. Exposure to listed company compliance will be an added advantage.
