Intern - Legal Location - Mumbai Job Purpose To assist in handling all the legal matters for the Exchange as per the instructions & directions of Head Legal. Key Result Areas Preparation & updating of Legal MIS (Litigation & Non-litigation) and related matters Maintain MIS of IPRs & maintain record of all the certificates with their status and connected matters Assist in drafting and vetting of the various Contracts and legal documents To research for the case laws, notifications, etc., on legal issues confronted in litigations Skills Required Essential knowledge of commercial & company laws Drafting and interpretation Legal research & analysis Functional Competencies required Knowledge and understanding of subject matter of Law Ability to grasp and interpret laws and legal documents Pro-active and Result oriented Legal Ethics & Professionalism Behavioral Skills required Achievement orientation Adaptability & Resilience Attention to detail
