Job Purpose

• To assist in handling all the legal matters for the Exchange as per the instructions & directions of Head Legal.

Key Result Areas

• Preparation & updating of Legal MIS (Litigation & Non-litigation) and related matters
• Maintain MIS of IPRs & maintain record of all the certificates with their status and connected matters
• Assist in drafting and vetting of the various Contracts and legal documents
• To research for the case laws, notifications, etc., on legal issues confronted in litigations

Skills Required

• Essential knowledge of commercial & company laws
• Drafting and interpretation
• Legal research & analysis
