Intern - Legal

As an Intern at our company, you will be assisting in various legal activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Legal Research: You will interpret laws and court judgments to support the legal team in decision-making. - Analyzing Legal Issues: You will be examining legal matters concerning new business proposals to ensure compliance with regulations. - Drafting Legal Documents: Structuring, drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and other legal paperwork will be part of your role. - Policy Development: You will contribute to developing the company's policies and positions on legal matters. - Additional Tasks: You may also be assigned other legal advisory and documentation tasks as needed. To qualify for this internship, you should meet the following requirements: - Pursuing Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school/college. - Knowledge of Corporate and Securities law is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong drafting and research abilities. - Analytical mindset with great attention to detail. - Prior internship experience with a corporate or law firm would be advantageous.
