About The Role

We’re looking for a Legal Intern to support our Business Development team in handling contracts, documentation, and compliance related to new store openings. This role involves working closely on lease agreements, licenses, and maintaining legal records.👉

Real estate understanding is a must

, as the role deals with property-related documentation and legal coordination on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review LOIs (Letter of Intent), lease agreements, and other legal documents for store launches
• Coordinate and track store license documentation (APOB and others) with landlords and internal teams
• Maintain and update the contract repository, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals
• Support with compliance checks and ensure all documents are in place before store handovers
• Work on real estate documentation and property-related agreements, ensuring legal correctness
• Assist in organizing and maintaining all legal and compliance files for audit readiness
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Law graduate (LLB / specialization in Corporate Law preferred)
• Strong understanding of real estate legal processes is critical
• Good at drafting, reviewing, and managing lease or property agreements
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive
• Comfortable with Excel, trackers, and documentation handling
