Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart and driven SEO Lead who can take charge of search engine optimization strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and organic growth for our clients. If you have at least 2 years of experience, a data-driven mindset, and a hunger to make an impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.

● Optimize website on-page and off-page SEO elements, including meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup.

● Work on content strategy, collaborating with content teams to ensure SEO best practices.

● Monitor SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and report insights.

● Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.

● Manage link-building activities and identify new growth opportunities.

● Coordinate with developers to ensure technical SEO aspects like site speed, indexing, and mobile usability are optimized.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role.

● Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

● Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio.

● Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
