Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

Our ideal SEO candidate should be able to effectively handle multiple SEO projects, and have deep knowledge about all SEO techniques. The candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, along with good technical, analytical, and superb communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage SEO Team of minimum 3 members.

- Interact with and support clients directly.

- Develop & Plan SEO Strategies (including competition), and deploy them.

- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass competitors.

- Carry out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies by analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors

- Plan and oversee entire website architecture, page hierarchy restructuring where necessary, and preparing detailed strategy reports.

- Review and analyze client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.

- Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies.

- Manage SEO-related assets, tools/platforms including Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO Tools.

- Deep understanding of technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.

- Track & monitor webmaster tool & Analytic tool and resolve issues & errors.

- Know link building, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting, Social Bookmarking, and Off-Page SEO techniques.

- Create and present detailed SEO metrics reports to clients.

Key Requirements

- Excellent verbal and Analytic writing skills.

- Knowledge of the Latest SEO Techniques and terminologies, including SEO for Gen AI search.

- Knowledge Of Key SEO Practices and metrics (Up to date with SEO algorithms & and updates).

- Superb report development and data analysis skills (including MS Excel)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations.

- Ability to oversee a team and work independently.
