We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Tech Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page & off-page optimization, and digital campaigns to drive measurable growth. This role requires leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and hands-on SEO experience with the ability to guide a team and work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for crawlability, indexing, and overall website performance.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Drive off-page SEO strategies such as backlink acquisition, outreach, and digital PR.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid campaign strategies to complement organic growth.
• Good to have: Working knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for technical implementation and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and site performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience with paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
