SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

·     Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

·     Perform detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits.

·     Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

·     Manage and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

·     Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.

·     Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

·     Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).

·     Build high-quality backlinks through partnerships, outreach, and content marketing initiatives.

·     Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues like crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability, etc.

·     Manage and Lead a SEO Team to handle multiple external SEO Projects

Required Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

·     Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).

·     Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

·     Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

·     Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics as they relate to SEO.

·     Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

·     Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

·     Good understanding of local SEO, international SEO, and technical SEO practices.

Preferred Skills

·     Experience with schema markup and structured data.

·     Knowledge of basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies.

·     Familiarity with paid search (PPC) is a plus.

·     Strong communication and project management skills.
