About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and on/off-page optimization to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and rankings. You will collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to drive measurable growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic. 
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities. 
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines. 
• Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking) and technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing). 
• Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. 
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied. 
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices. 

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO. 
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword research, and analytics tools. 
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz). 
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. 
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

Nice to Have

• Experience in local SEO and international SEO. 
• Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads and how SEO integrates with SEM. 
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO strategies and tools.
