Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

SEO Specialist

This role requires hands-on experience in managing both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, social media and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
• Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on industry benchmarks.
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Canva, etc.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
• Experience with local SEO and schema markup.
• Background in content marketing or copywriting.
