We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join our remote team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset who enjoys delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, off-page, and content initiatives
• Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Lead AI-driven content strategy and optimise for emerging AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and internal linking strategies
• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends
• Work closely with account managers, developers, and creatives to align on digital growth strategies

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Demonstrated success in improving rankings, traffic, and conversions across varied sectors
• Expertise in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard tools
• Strong understanding of AI SEO, content optimisation, and structured data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting
• Experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or Wix
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation
• Working knowledge of HTML or CSS as it relates to SEO
