Job Description

The SEO Specialist will own and execute the organic growth strategy across both E‑commerce and B2B business lines, combining deep SEO expertise with strong content capabilities. The role focuses on driving qualified organic traffic, improving search visibility, and increasing conversions through technical optimization, on-page SEO, OFF-page SEO and high-quality content.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword and topic research for both E‑commerce (category, PDP, collection pages) and B2B (service, solution, blog, resource) content.
  • Plan and manage SEO-led content calendars for both sides of the business, including blogs, landing pages, product/category pages, and lead-gen assets (guides, case studies, whitepapers).
  • Write and/or refine SEO-friendly content that aligns with brand voice, search intent, and buyer journey stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, copy, internal links, schema) for both transactional and informational queries.
  • Collaborate with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content supports E‑commerce conversions (add-to-cart, purchase) and B2B goals (demo requests, lead forms, inquiries).
  • Perform technical SEO audits for both storefront and B2B sections (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile, structured data).
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversion metrics, and content performance using SEO and analytics tools, and create clear reports with action plans.
  • OFF-Page SEO - Blog & Forum Posting, Profile Submissions, Guest Posting, etc.

Required skills and qualifications

  • atleast 2 years of experience in SEO, with hands-on exposure to both E‑commerce (e.g., Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce) and B2B WordPress websites.
  • Strong content skills: ability to write or edit clear, persuasive, and structured content tailored to different audiences (online shoppers and B2B decision-makers).
  • Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, content clustering, and on-page optimization for both short-tail (E‑commerce) and long-tail (B2B) queries.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how to work with developers and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to translate SEO and content insights into practical actions for marketing, sales, and product teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
