Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and digitally savvy Business Development Intern who can help us grow our client base and explore new business opportunities. If you have basic experience in digital marketing and are confident in pitching services to clients, this is your chance to get hands-on startup exposure.

You’ll work closely with our core team to acquire clients, generate leads, build relationships, and contribute to our agency's growth.

Duration: 4 Months

Performance Pay: Good Performance pay based on project

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition:

  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls or other channels
  • Pitch our services/products confidently and clearly
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
  • Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients

Digital Marketing Knowledge (Basic):

  • Understand and explain basic digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach messaging
  • Use digital tools (Canva, Google Sheets, etc.) for presentations and tracking

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research potential clients (startups, D2C brands, service-based businesses)
  • Maintain and regularly update the lead pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities across different platforms

Partnership & Outreach:

  • Connect with influencers, resellers, or strategic partners when needed
  • Support proposals, decks, and client communication
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with the internal team and prospects

Who You Are:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid ads)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, or HubSpot is a plus
