🔍 SEO Specialist (3 Years Experience) – Full-Time, Kolkata

Location: 15, Haji Md Mohsin Square, Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 per month (fixed)

Reporting To: Agency Founder

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to rank client websites on Google and AI-driven platforms (LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for client websites.
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Use SEMrush and other SEO tools for audits, keyword tracking, and reporting.
• Guide and mentor a junior SEO executive in daily tasks and best practices.
• Provide clear performance reports and growth updates directly to the Agency Founder.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience with live ranking results to show.
• Strong expertise in Google Search optimization (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Awareness of AI-powered search (LLMs like ChatGPT/Perplexity) and how to optimize for them.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Ability to independently manage projects, track KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor juniors.
• Must share a portfolio/case studies of websites ranked successfully.
