SEO & WordPress Website Manager

SEO and WordPress projects across 3 client websites

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• SEO

• Implement on-page & off-page SEO best practices
• Create and post backlinks, optimize content, improve site structure
• Stay updated with the latest SEO changes, AI SEO, and Google algorithms
• Must have ranked at least

  2 websites on Google for 5+ keywords

• WordPress & Design

• Manage WordPress websites using Elementor & common plugins
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and UI/UX quality
• Adapt to other platforms like Wix, Squarespace when needed

• Project & Client Management

• Manage 3 client websites and marketing tasks via ClickUp or similar tools
• Communicate directly with US-based clients via Zoom/Google Meet & email
• Gather requirements, coordinate with internal team, and track progress

• Automation & AI Tools

• Set up workflows like lead magnet delivery via email opt-ins
• Work with tools like Make, Zapier, n8n (plus AI tools: ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Kling AI, etc.)
• Be open to learning and experimenting with new technologies regularly

• At least

  1 year of experience in SEO

  (on-page, off-page, AI SEO)
• At least

  1 year of WordPress experience

  (Elementor, plugins, basic optimization)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles (design-focused, not coding)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Project management & client communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English (for client calls & emails)

• Initial Probation:
