About the Role

Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Build

  frontend interfaces

  using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Develop

  backend APIs and business logic

  using Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Design and manage

  relational or NoSQL databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Integrate

  third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems

  , and other required services.
• Ensure

  security best practices

  (data validation, encryption, authentication, authorization).
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and SEO.
• Handle

  end-to-end deployment

  on cloud or private servers (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Test and debug across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience

  (3+ years) as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in

  frontend technologies

  : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, etc.
• Expertise in

  JavaScript frameworks

  : React JS, Next JS, Node, Express, Bootstrap.
• Solid knowledge of

  backend frameworks

  : Node.js (Express/NestJS), Laravel, or Django.
• Strong understanding of

  REST APIs and GraphQL

  .
• Experience with

  databases

  : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Experience in

  version control

  (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  cloud deployments

  (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of cron jobs, schedulers etc.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Json will be bonus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of

  DevOps practices

  and containerization (Docker).
• Experience in

  serverless architecture

  .
• Understanding of

  SEO optimization

  and web performance tuning.
• Experience with

  testing frameworks

  (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• UI/UX understanding for better user experiences.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
