MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer (3+ Years)

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing team at Dhiera Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and delivering scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers to create modern, user-friendly applications for clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable and scalable components for frontend and backend.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Solid understanding of Git/version control.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Redux.
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
