SEO Expert - Role Overview: As an SEO Expert at CAMU, you will play a vital role in increasing the company’s online visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads from domestic and international markets. You will craft and execute B2B SEO strategies, optimize content for search engines, and collaborate with the marketing team to support CAMU’s overall growth objectives. Job Location - Chennai, Pallikaranai Job Mode - Work from Office CTC - 3 to 3.6 lakhs per annum Experience - 2 to 4 years Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences in the edtech sector. Optimize CAMU’s website and content to rank higher on search engine results pages (SERPs). Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities. Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and case studies. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Develop strategies to optimize CAMU’s visibility in AI-driven search overviews and generative AI-based content suggestions. Ensure content is structured and optimized to appear prominently in AI-generated summaries and results. Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with best practices in site structure, speed, and mobile optimization. Fix technical issues, including broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content. Content Creation & Collaboration: Create or guide the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content aligned with B2B buyer personas. Provide clear SEO guidelines to writers and designers to enhance the quality of published content. Link Building & Outreach: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Engage in outreach campaigns to secure backlinks from relevant, high-authority websites. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine strategies and showcase ROI. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, B2B marketing strategies, and AI-driven search trends. Experiment with new approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO with a focus on B2B marketing. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and strategies for AI-driven search visibility. Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Experience in conducting keyword research and creating SEO strategies tailored to B2B audiences. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques. Strong content writing and editing skills with an emphasis on SEO best practices.
